Start with short jogs through parks. These should take about fifteen minutes. Brisk walking is also helpful.

Running on treadmills and rough aerobics in bursts should follow. After every fifteen to twenty minutes, short breaks must be taken. A healthy diet must be eaten to assist in reducing the beer belly.

Maximum reduction is done by a healthy diet.

If you have eaten a lot of food, burn up the calories by running, jogging or even walking. These calories will not end up in the beer belly.

Spot exercises do not reduce the beer gut. They only tone specific muscles. Spot exercises must be avoided when reducing belly fat.

To ensure complete fat loss, the entire body’s weight must be reduced. This is ensured by aerobic exercises that get rid of the beer belly as well.

Aerobics also check hunger. This means that you will also eat less after exercising. Thus aerobic exercise is the best beer gut exercise.
